New Orleans in hot water over discrimination claims

A man in New Orleans is being charged for discrimination for running an ad on Craigslist stating “No Teenagers Please”. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) made two tests reply’s to the accused man’s ad and on both occasions he wrote back and said he didn’t want children living in his home, which is against the Fair Housing Act.
