In Oregon, when you are purchasing a home and that home is listed by a Real Estate Agent, that listing agent has already negotiated with their seller on how much money they will be paying a buyer's representative for the home sale. It would be foolish to not be represented by a buyer's representative. Call us and ask us for further details.
We offer full service buyer representation.

There are rare cases when a buyer and seller have already found each other don't want to have to pay real estate agent commissions. They've more or less negotiated the terms of the sale but they need a licensed Realtor to write up the paperwork for them with their terms so that both parties are protected after the sale.
